CMG operates through three primary business units:
OFM: This is CMG’s flagship commercial radio station, broadcasting to the Free State, Northern Cape, North West, and Southern Gauteng provinces. OFM offers a mix of music, news, and entertainment, catering to a diverse audience. It has become a popular source of information and entertainment in the region.
Digital Platforms: This unit focuses on online solutions, including website design and development, social media marketing, search engine optimization, and e-commerce development. Digital Platforms helps businesses and organizations establish and enhance their online presence.
Mahareng Media and Advertising: This division handles print media and advertising, publishing local community newspapers and magazines. Mahareng provides a platform for local news and advertising, connecting businesses with their target audience.

AME is a media company with a diverse proftfolio of radio stations, digital platforms, and publishing businesses across South Africa. African Media Entertainment is a vibrant media company with two core focus areas. On the one side are its valuable radio
assets, and on the other a rich portfolio of digital media services, publishing and business broadcasting assets.
Each arm of the business is complimentary to the other. The company was established in 1997, and has been listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, under the “Media & Entertainment” banner, for the last 22 years.
