What We’re Looking For
- A tertiary qualification in Journalism/Media Studies OR 2–3 years of solid journalistic experience
- Someone who can rock the multi-media stage (newspaper, magazine, digital)
- A flair for feature writing that makes readers stop, think, and smile
- A valid driver’s licence (because stories don’t always come to you!)
- Bonus points if you’ve got photography skills
- Exceptional communication, writing & editing skills in English and Afrikaans
- A trend-spotter who can spot lifestyle vibes and spin them into fresh concepts
- Willingness to chase stories after hours & weekends because news never sleeps
- Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines across all platforms
- Tech-savvy + social media appetite (yes, we want you scrolling with purpose!)
