If you are a seasoned multimedia journalist with at least 3 years relevant experience, the OFM Radio the news department is looking to employ you in our Bloemfontein office.
As a Journalist, you will be responsible for sourcing general and agricultural news, doing interviews, re-angling stories, presenting sound-bites, handling press releases and doing follow ups where necessary while building an extensive network of contacts.
To be successful in this position you need conversant in both English and Afrikaans, skilled in photography, videography, sound editing, live crossings, video editing and presenting content in different formats. You should also be in possession of a valid driver’s licence. Being able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and a team player will also guarantee you a great career in this versatile team.
